Lazy Daz

Yesterday I went on the UCAR (aka NCAR) lunch ride. Usually there are between 10 to 20 peeps on the ride, but there was a low turnout with only four of us. Jose and I did some intervals and I was good for about half the ride. That boy can lay it down when he gets the engine going.

Today at lunch I rode up 4-mile canyon until it turned to dirt. I think I was only a couple miles shy of Gold Hill. It was really nice to do something different for a change. I though I was climbing into a head wind until I turned around and had to work harder going downhill. I wonder what Farrell is doing in Vegas right now...

I love the 4 mile ride. Of coarse I take it to an extreme but it is part of my favorite may rides.
