A Step Back

Took a step back this w/e and avoided the race scene. Good for my mind and body and good for the family. Did a couple of endurance rides on the road bike. Headed east on Saturday and explored some new roads with Dan-O. Fruit loops and dirt roads today. Flatted about 1.5 hours in and had to have Mrs. Wonderful come out and save me as I had no back up plan. Saw Rob and Marty on Nelson Road, but I couldn't take their only spare tube.
