World Championships

With less than a week away from the world cyclocross championships in Italy, it looks the US is taking big hits before the racing even starts. Velo News is reporting that, "Trebon withdraws from world championships" as a result of ongoing back and leg problems. Of even more concern are the reports that Katie Compton is suffering from what she calls a “muscle tetanus episode” that prevented her from racing last weekend in Hoogerheide, and has her worlds preparation (and perhaps participation) in doubt.
