It's all about the law of averages and tonight they caught up with me. I had a great start and was third wheel going into the hole shot as Dan was nice enough to let me pass just before the trap. Things were looking up. We went through a new area that was real bumpy. I dropped my chain and that was all she wrote. What a depressing feeling having the entire field pass you as you're fixing your mechanical...I spent the rest of the race just trying to pass some folks and limit my losses. Not sure where I ended up, but it won't be pretty. Dan had a great ride and ended up around 5th place.
