Wednesday Worlds

Met up this morning with Mr. Podium Boy and all of the other jobless fast guys for another addition of Wednesday Worlds. First stop was Elks and after a couple of days completely off the bike I had a slow start, but felt a lot better than last weekend. Still don't feel 100%, but things are going in the right direction. The second half saw us head over to Valmont Park for some "relays." The group was split into two. One group would do a very hot lap of about 1.5 minutes and then the next group would go. Repeat five times. Mr. Worlds Silver Medal Winner, Danny Summerhill, was in our group and I can confirm what most of the Cross World already knows. This kid is WAY FAST.
