Transitions

It's a time of transition. Summer turns to Fall. The weather gets colder and the quality of light changes. It's signal to the body and mind. It's a signal that it's time to step it up.

Cross is about transitions. How quickly and efficiently can you get through them.
This CX season is a transition. A transition from being a leader to being a follower. It has been a difficult transition, but one that had to happen.

Today was a transition on how I felt on the bike. The work of the last couple weeks has paid its dividends. Being patient with the plan has paid its dividends. Believing has paid its dividends.

I can fell the transition.
