Annalise and I have been working on puzzles the last couple of nights. This one was a
Christmas present from Grandma and Uncle Chris. They had the neighbor take a picture of them and their dog Lady. Then they sent it into some company who made it into a puzzle. Pretty cool.

Last night we did the solar system puzzle. It's the first round puzzle I've ever done. It was only a 100 pieces, but it was harder than it looks. Too bad
Pluto isn't a planet anymore.

Headed over to the
Longmont Athletic Club West for my second weight lifting session of the week. A little known fact is that in my early twenties I used to be a "weight lifter." Because of my
OCD personality, I had to be super serious. So series that I even entered a couple of weight lifting competitions. I can't believe how
incredibly week I am compared to those days. Anyway, getting back into the gym has already really opened my eyes to the importance of strength training for cycling.
Working out Longmont style...

When you get a chance, check out this blog post about a discussion within USA Cycling about moving Cross Nationals out to January to line up with other countries. Not sure where I line up with this one yet.
