Weakness EXposed

Hit the Longmont Athletic Club west location after work tonight for my first lifting session of the year. The place was packed with the after new-years resolution crowd. Worked on keeping things simple with low weights and high reps. The most pathetic part of the night was that I couldn't even do 3 sets of 15 rep sit ups! Core strength WILL BE a big focus for me this off-season.
