Went to a Road Race and...

...a cross race broke out. Well, not really, but that's the way it would've ended up. The Koppenberg was supposed to be today, but it got cancelled due to the wet and cold conditions caused by an overnight snow storm. Guys coming back from pre-riding the course on their road bikes were reporting that the "hill" was not ridable and their brakes and derailleurs were covered in frozen mud. I was a little bummed as I had come prepared with both my road and cross bike. Think they would've cancelled a spring race in Belguim due to bad weather??
